A. You are not mature women enough in your workplace. Your boss will keep his guard up because your boss think that you have no right to get involved in this issue. Suggestion for you: When you are not agreed with your boss, don’t tell about it directly. Your boss will feel offended as you are challenging his power. Eventually you will put yourself in an awkward situation.
B. You are mature women enough in your workplace. You know how to express your opinion in a good way. You know where is the perfect balance point between your boss’s dignity and your own value. Your career life will be easier compared to others.
C. You are experienced in your career. However, it is not the best choice to do it in that way. You must know that boss will feel offended if someone challenge him. At the same time, boss also doesn’t like the staff who will only pretend to be wise after the problem arose. If you really have a better opinion, you are advised to express it to your boss in a gentle way. By this way, you can not only save your boss’s face, but also implement your idea. It could be better if your boss think that you take company’s interest into consideration and appreciate you more.
